"I told Ricky that I wanted to improve my balance, strength, and range of motion, which have waned as I have aged (I am now 84). I also have to limit impacts because my bones break easily. However, I don't need cardio conditioning because I bike regularly and walk a lot. Ricky then designed a set of exercises, and he has guided me through them in our three months of twice weekly sessions. I am delighted with the program Ricky developed. He explains each exercise and guides me through it. Some years ago I had a personal trainer, but I found it hard to reproduce the exercises on my own. In contrast, Ricky has given me a detailed printout with the name of each exercise and the number of sets, reps/set, level, and focus cues for each exercise. When I struggle with an exercise, Ricky refines it and guides me in improving my form. Further, Ricky is a delightful fellow!
